Bombada FC claimed a dramatic 3–2 victory over Fortune FC in an action-packed West Coast Derby, decided deep into stoppage time.

The visitors opened the scoring in the 26th minute when Modou Lamin Jatta finished off a well-worked move, curling his effort off the post and into the net.

Fortune FC responded almost immediately, with Bangally Manneh levelling matters two minutes later before Salifu Jarjue completed the turnaround in the 35th minute to give Fortune a 2–1 advantage at half-time.

Bombada FC returned stronger after the break and were rewarded in the 77th minute when Abdoulie Camara capitalised on a scramble in the box to restore parity.

As the match appeared headed for a draw, Bombada were awarded a penalty in added time, and Modou Lamin Jatta kept his composure to convert from the spot in the 90+8 minute, sealing a memorable comeback.

The win underlined Bombada FC’s resilience and ensured derby bragging rights in a contest that lived up to its billing.
