The leader of the yet to be registered National Development Party has vowed not to abandon his political ambition to unseat President Adama Barrow.

Kebba Madi Bojang, former youth president of the ruling National People’s Party, called on Gambians to join what he described as a crusade to restore “truth and justice”.

Addressing supporters at the low-key event, Bojang said his visit was aimed at engaging directly with the people to share his agenda.

“We know that it is hard to be in the opposition. But we are here to strengthen the truth, and nothing will stop us from doing so.

“We will never retreat in our mission. Therefore, I call on the people of Sukuta to join me in this crusade to uphold truth and justice,” he said.
