Dear Sir,
I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning issue involving a group of individuals who are going around with scissors, trimming the nails of others in public spaces.
This practice poses a major health risk and could serve as a fast-spreading channel for various diseases. Alarmingly, many of these individuals are not licensed to perform such services in the country. This has left me questioning the apparent lack of oversight regarding this growing menace.
In an age where the threat of communicable and even terminal diseases is high, I believe urgent measures must be taken to address this issue and protect the public from potential infections.
Swift action is needed to stop these individuals from continuing a practice that endangers public health.
I trust my concerns will be given due attention to help put an end to this dangerous activity.
Adama Makasuba,
