A man and a woman have been hospitalised with serious injuries after a head-on collision between a speeding car and a motorbike in Batokunku.

Speaking exclusively to Gambiana, Dawda Bah, a road safety campaigner, said:” The man on the bike and a wife of Batokunku Alkalo were rushed to the hospital for treatment following a serious collision between a car and a motorbike.”

According to him, the injured woman who is identified as Jainaba has been taken to Ndemban Clinic in Bakau for treatment, while the injured man’s condition is unknown.
