Alieu Bah, Omar Camara and Kemo Fatty are expected to appear in court at 10:00 AM as part of ongoing legal proceedings.
The case relates to a protest held in September 2025 in the Kanifing Municipality, where the three are accused of taking part in a demonstration without a permit.
According to earlier court proceedings, they have been charged with unlawful assembly and common nuisance after allegedly staging a protest and holding a press conference outside the National Audit Office without police authorisation, as required under Gambian law.
Prosecutors have argued that the protest was conducted without approval from the Inspector General of Police and that participants failed to disperse when instructed by security officers.
The accused have denied the charges, and the matter has been before the Kanifing Magistrates’ Court.
