
The Police Women’s Volleyball Team delivered a spirited comeback to defeat Gambia Armed Forces (GAF) 3-1 and clinch The Gambia Volleyball Federation Super Cup in a thrilling security derby at QCity.
GAF made a bright start, taking the opening set 25-18, but Police responded with determination and tactical discipline to dominate the second set 25-12.
The third set was tightly contested, with Police edging it 25-23 before sealing the victory with a 25-19 win in the fourth set to complete a remarkable turnaround.

The victory not only secured bragging rights in the security derby but also saw Police walk away with the Super Cup trophy and a cash prize of D10,000, while GAF settled for a respectable runners-up reward of D8,000.
