The United Democratic Party (UDP) has launched the H.E. A.N.M Ousainu Darboe Scholarship for Youth Employment, aimed at enhancing skills development and professional opportunities for Gambians at home and abroad.

Applications open on 15 January and close on 31 January.

The programme will be delivered by the Finland Academy of International Business, under Ceci Educare Oy, and offers UK-accredited courses in education, health, business and leadership.

The scholarship is open to high school graduates, professionals and entrepreneurs, with classes to be held both in person in The Gambia and online.
