A suspected armed robber has stabbed himself after allegedly killing a Western Union worker.

The victim who is believe to be a woman and the alleged killer have both been taken to the Kanifing General Hospital.

Police have condoned off the area as a large number of people gathered at the crime scene.

Eyewitnesses described the harrowing tragic incident.

According to one of the eyewitnesses, the assailant did not only attacked the woman but also turned the knife on himself.
