YMCA Men’s Volleyball Team secured a hard-fought 3-1 victory over Gambia Armed Forces (GAF) to win The Gambia Volleyball Federation Super Cup at QCity in a gripping encounter.

The match started on a tense note, with YMCA edging a dramatic opening set 28-26 before taking control of the second set with a 25-21 win.

GAF responded strongly in the third set, dominating 25-13 to keep the contest alive, but YMCA showed resilience and composure in another tight battle to claim the fourth set 26-24 and seal the victory.

With the win, YMCA lifted the Super Cup trophy and walked away with D10,000, while GAF settled for the runners-up prize of D8,000 after a spirited performance.
