Ebrima Sillah, Minister of Works, has issued a stern warning to former president ofYahya Jammeh, urging him to “be very careful” in his dealings.

Speaking in Brikama during President Barrow’s “Meet the People” tour, Minister Sillah said Jammeh should understand that if the current administration were “a crooked government like his,” the situation would have already turned against him.

“President Barrow is a kind‑hearted leader, but he is not a coward,” Sillah said, emphasizing that the president’s patience should not be mistaken for weakness.

He added that those encouraging Jammeh to provoke trouble are misleading him.

“If he crosses the line, the law will take its course, and that is something he will regret,” the minister warned.
