A fisherman identified as Jalimadi has died after being electrocuted in Tanji shortly after coming from fishing trip. 

An eyewitness told Gambiana that “Jalimadi used to changed his clothes at that house after coming from fishing. 

“But yesterday when he came he went straight to the place but was electrocuted by a faulty wire while he was changing his wet clothes. 

“He was rushed to Brufut health centre where he was pronounced dead.”

The eyewitness expressed concerns about old faulty wires around the community, saying that if steps are not taken it might cause more tragedies.
