The people occupying these institutions, African Union and Economic Organisation of the West African States (Ecowas), are the problem of Africa because they continue to fail the continent.

They are not up to the job. They have done again what they are good at, which is issuing bogus and tasteless statements of condemnations.

Yes, coup is illegal and I am strongly against coup in totality and I will never encourage it to happen.

But the persistent coup in Africa is encouraged by the greedy presidents, who are harbouring their utopian notion that that elite seat was owned by their biological fathers.

And this notion can only be quashed by illegal means to power like what happened in Guinea and Mali.

Alpha Conde deserved this overthrow. He had for long been flouting the Guinean constitution and undermining the lives of his fellow Guineans and AU and ECOWAS didn’t issue a damn statement to condemn his action, but rather they kept mute over this mess.

How many other African leaders are violating the rule of law? And what are these institutions doing about those leaders?

Spare us with your insults and be balanced and honest in their services and stop disturbing us with their stench belching for God and Heaven sake!
