Police are investigating the death of Babucarr Mbaye, who is allegedly murdered at Friendship Hostel in Bakau.

“A 53-year-old woman, Agnes Mendy, a resident of Banjulinding, has been arrested in Gunjur Sambuya as a suspect in connection with the murder.

“The body of the deceased has been transported to the mortuary. Investigations are ongoing to determine the circumstances leading to his death,” police said.
