Police have asked hospital staff to report injured persons amid manhunt for fleeing armed robbers who broke into Gam Food Trading and stole material worth D50,000.

“In a notable case in Banjul, three unidentified individuals forcibly entered Gamfood Trading CO Ltd at 13 Hagan Street, where they stole an HP laptop valued at D50,000. The watchman was subdued, blindfolded, and bound.

“Given that the suspects in these incidents may have sustained injuries, all hospital staff and management are urged to report any individuals seeking medical treatment for suspicious injuries to the police immediately,” police said.
