A single mother in Nemasu, Jacomba Camara, is seeking assistance after flash floods destroyed her home, leaving her struggling to provide for her family.

Mrs. Camara, who supports more than ten dependants, survives by selling roasted peanuts in the neighbourhood.

However, sales are often low, forcing the family to go without food or rely on the kindness of neighbours.

She says the situation has become increasingly difficult since losing her house and appeals to the public for support.
