Ousainou Bojang, the primary suspect in the shooting of three young Gambian Police officers that resulted in the death two of the officers – both male – at Sukuta-Jabang in September, has pleaded not guilty to four counts of murder, as he appeared in High Court in Banjul. 

The slain police officers were Sang J Gomez and Pateh Jallow.

The suspected cop killer, Ousainou Bojang, is facing multiple charges including murdering the two police officers.

The state has filed five more new indictment including murder, attempted murder, and grievous bodily harm against Ousainou Bojang, while Amie Bojang is facing a single charge of assisting an offender.
