Touray’s FA and Top Ten FC played out an entertaining 2–2 draw in the final of the Brikama Sports Committee Nawettan League, leaving the title undecided after a pulsating contest.

Touray’s FA made a dream start when Sheriff Jawo opened the scoring as early as the 2nd minute.

The forward capitalised on a high ball that Top Ten FC goalkeeper Lamin Gibba failed to deal with, calmly slotting home to give his side an early advantage.

The lead was doubled in the 18th minute through a moment of sheer brilliance from Muhammed Barrow.

The forward unleashed a stunning volley from about 30 yards that sailed over Gibba, struck the upright and rolled into the net to make it 2–0 for Touray’s FA.

Top Ten FC, however, showed resilience and refused to let the trophy slip away. Yusupha Jabbi pulled one back in the 26th minute to halve the deficit and reignite his side’s hopes.

Their comeback was completed deep into first-half added time when captain Ebrima Sillah restored parity following a well-worked team move.

With the match ending level after normal time, the Brikama Sports Committee Nawettan League final remains unresolved.

The competition’s 2025 Rules and Regulations, Section 3.8.3, clearly state “For the Final, in the event of a draw at the end of the normal time, the match will be replayed and if there is still a deadlock after the normal time at the re-play, then penalty kicks shall decide the winner.”
