Police in Georgia, USA, have released new images of three men seen entering a black Cadillac Escalade believed to be linked to the fatal shooting of Abdul Basit Hydara, a 31-year-old Gambian, on 3 August.

Authorities are offering a $5,000 reward for information leading to the suspects’ arrest.

The shooting occurred at about 4:28 a.m. behind Oriental Plaza, 4897 Buford Highway. The Escalade was seen leaving the scene with a temporary drive-out tag from an unknown state.

Police are urging anyone who recognises the men or the vehicle to come forward.

Journalist Cody Alcorn, one of the first to report the incident, said witnesses told him the shooting happened outside IBIZA ATL nightclub.

“One minute everyone was rushing inside the lounge,” one witness recalled. “I asked my friend, ‘What’s going on?’ Then the DJ told everyone to head home. When we walked outside, we saw Abdul on the ground surrounded by first responders trying to save his life.”
